🏇 About the Event

In the St. Jakobshalle in Basel you can expect world-class equestrian sport, the exciting daily Swiss Show, a large selection of exhibitors and a wide range of culinary delights.

The FEI World Cup Finals in the two Olympic disciplines of Dressage and Jumping as well as Vaulting are the most important equestrian event ever held in Switzerland.

With the FEI World Cup™ Finals from 2 to 6 April 2025, Basel will be the venue for equestrian sport at the very highest level.

With the World Cup Finals in the two Olympic disciplines of show jumping and dressage as well as vaulting, Basel will host an equestrian event in April 2025 that has never been seen before in Switzerland. It will be an unforgettable experience for all horse fans. It starts on Wednesday, 2 April. On Thursday and Friday, the show jumpers will be looking to secure the best possible starting position for the title in two qualifying competitions. The dressage will be decided on Saturday and the vaulting on Sunday. The trophy for the World Cup Final victory in show jumping will be presented on Sunday afternoon.

The show block also has a lot to offer. The three show blocks are typically Swiss: with Circus Knie, Top Secret Drum Corps and a folklore section, everyone gets their money’s worth and will be fascinated by these performances.

🚈 Getting to St. Jakobshalle Basel
From January to December 2025, construction work will take place at the St. Jakob intersection up to the Birs Bridge, as well as on Zeughausstrasse. Detailed information can be found in the resident notice from the Civil Engineering Office of Basel-Stadt.
