About the Event
Europe’s largest horse show returns and will captivate nearly half a million spectators from October 2026 to June 2027 with its new programme The Colours of Life. This unique show takes the audience on a colourful journey into a magical world that enchants the senses and touches the heart.
Around 60 horses, breathtaking dance performances, stirring music and a magnificent set and costume design fascinate young and old alike and show why CAVALLUNA is not only a show for horse enthusiasts but a complete work of art for the whole family. Experience a world full of lights, colours, exciting show acts and moving moments.
A Captivating Story
The story follows a shepherd boy named Arhat, who lives in the remote mountains of northern India. From his late mother, he receives the mission to free people from the veil of oblivion, an invisible force that traps them in distraction and meaningless routine, leaving them without memory of why they are truly here. The devious Merchants of Fear exploit this by sowing fear and selling deceitful goods. Together with his new companion Shaneya, Arhat embarks on a long journey to free the people, but soon the merchants’ pursuit forces them to flee into the Valley of Truth, the place where the veil’s origin lies. Will they succeed in freeing humanity from fear and forgetfulness once and for all?
Our Stars on Stage
Be enchanted by magnificent show scenes, refined choreography and above all, by around 60 beautiful horses. The best and most renowned riding teams from across Europe will demonstrate their skills and versatility in various disciplines. Look forward to fiery Andalusians from Spain, breathtaking trick riders from France and noble black Friesians from Germany. Touching liberty dressage performances, a spectacular Hungarian Post and cheeky mini ponies will also be part of the show. The exciting acts are completed by a talented international dance company and spectacular special effects, guaranteeing an adventurous journey for all senses.
