International karate tournament for youth and adults. For over 10 years, the Basel Open Masters has attracted top international karate athletes, including European and world champions as well as Olympic medalists, to Basel. Held according to the guidelines of the World Karate Federation and supported by the Swiss Karate Federation, the Basel Open Masters is a key event on the European Karate Federation’s competition calendar.

🚈 Getting to St. Jakobshalle Basel
From January to December 2025, construction work will take place at the St. Jakob intersection up to the Birs Bridge, as well as on Zeughausstrasse. Detailed information can be found in the resident notice from the Civil Engineering Office of Basel-Stadt.
